Treat and prevent symptoms so you can live your best chapter

What they didn’t tell us in sex ed (but should have)

We have estrogen and progesterone receptors throughout our entire body. So it’s no surprise that when our hormone levels fluctuate during midlife, all of our organs feel the effects: brain, heart, bones, muscles, skin, hair, metabolism, and more. Estrogen gets the headlines but progesterone often declines earlier. And its job goes beyond reproduction: it also helps with sleep, mood, and a calm nervous system.

That’s why hot flashes, brain fog, anxiety, and poor sleep are about more than getting through the day. Midlife is also when longer-term risks, like heart disease and osteoporosis, start to rise. Talking to a clinician early can help manage those symptoms today and support your long-term health.

Let’s talk relief options

“With blood work and clinical evidence, I learned what was truly relevant for me and what was just hype, saving me money and giving me peace of mind that I didn’t need all those supplements.”

–Nooshin M.

The Coral Difference

Made for midlife

There’s no single version of midlife health. We built different pathways so you can start from wherever you are. Complete Care keeps going after your first visit. It starts with bloodwork instead of guesswork. From there, your plan can include hormonal and nonhormonal treatments, depending on what your results show and what is medically advised. A nurse practitioner (NP), nurse, and health coach make up your care team. They stay with you on your journey to better health and as your needs change. Your hormones don’t settle into place after one visit. As they shift, your plan shifts with them.

Hormone therapy helps, but it isn’t the whole picture. Your health coach works through the everyday stuff with you too: sleep, stress, movement, nutrition. Coaching is a big part of why Complete Care members see the results they do. 88% improved in core menopause symptoms, 82% in mental wellness, and 78% in physical health.

Not ready for that yet? Start with a menopause assessment instead. It includes comprehensive bloodwork, including hormone testing and a full visit with your nurse practitioner. You’ll leave with a plan you can act on before you decide what’s next, including hormone therapy if it’s right for you.

    Top perimenopause + menopause-related FAQs

How do I know if what I’m experiencing is perimenopause, menopause, or something else?

Coral’s approach includes comprehensive blood work to get to the root cause of symptoms. While blood tests could confirm menopause (especially when combined with age and the date of your last period), perimenopause is typically diagnosed and treated based on symptoms and health history.

What's the difference between the Initial Menopause Consultation and Complete Care?

The Initial Menopause Consultation is a one-time visit. You get comprehensive bloodwork, a consultation with your nurse practitioner (NP), and a hormone therapy prescription (MHT / HRT) if you’re eligible. If hormone therapy isn’t right for you, your NP will walk you through other treatment options. And if something other than menopause turns out to be behind your symptoms, we’ll point you toward the right next step, whether that’s with us or somewhere else. There’s also a follow-up with a nurse around the eight-week mark if you want to check-in or need to dive deep into a question or concern.

If you move into Complete Care afterward, we’ll credit the $289 you already paid toward it and we pick up where we left off.

Complete Care builds on your initial consultation. You’ll have follow-up appointments with your nurse and a health coach works through the month-to-month changes with you: sleep, stress, movement, nutrition. Coaching is a big part of why Complete Care members see improved health outcomes, because hormone therapy helps, but it isn’t the whole picture.

What treatments do you offer and can Coral help me if I’ve already tried hormone therapy or other medications or supplements that didn’t work?

We deliver a personalized approach that combines healthy lifestyle habits, sleep quality assessment, nutrition, physical activity, and stress management, alongside possible hormone therapy or other medications, to relieve hormone-related symptoms. Your Coral team can also make recommendations for supplemental support, such as acupuncture, yoga, cognitive behavioural therapy, and other wellness modalities.

How do I know if hormone therapy is safe for me?

At Coral we believe Informed decision-making in healthcare is a collaborative process between the patient and their clinician to choose the best course of action based on medical information, and the patient’s values, preferences, and personal circumstances. The evidence-based guidelines for hormone therapy are clear for women under 60 or within 10 years of menopause, where the benefits in most cases outweigh the risks. For women 60+, our approach is even more personalized, focusing on symptom intensity, quality of life, and informed decision-making.

When will I start to feel like myself again?

Everyone’s symptoms and treatment plans are different, but 3-6 months is a realistic estimate. After 3 months of Coral care, more than 70% of women reported a reduction in core menopause symptoms.
