For women who don’t feel like themselves and want real answers

Find out what's going on, before you decide what's next.

One visit, a full blood panel, and a nurse practitioner who reviews it all with you, so your next step is based on what’s true for your body, not a guess.

Most care jumps straight to a prescription. Coral starts with finding the root cause: bloodwork instead of guesswork, read and explained by a nurse practitioner, with a personalized care pathway recommendation at the end of your visit.

The sooner you have real answers, the sooner you know what to do next.

What happens in your Initial Menopause Consultation

More than a hormone check.
Here’s what’s included with one visit.

Comprehensive blood panel, including sex hormones.

Biomarkers like inflammation, blood sugar, iron levels and thyroid function are reviewed too, since symptoms in midlife often have more than one contributing factor.

A nurse practitioner (NP) reads your full file before your appointment: intake questionnaires, lab panels, symptoms and your medical history.

If anything in your labs needs a closer look, your care team discusses it together before your appointment.

Coral doesn’t stop at a prescription: your care can continue beyond the assessment with lifestyle support, follow-up appointments, or a referral, built around what your results show.

myCoral shows your results clearly, plus your dashboard, symptom tracking, and secure messaging with your care team. Included in any active solution, $9/month after.

"After years of repeatedly being dismissed in conventional health care settings, the team at Coral recognized what I needed and got me the care and support that has changed my sleep, health and quality of life. I can't say enough about how reassuring and impactful it's been to have competent and caring medical oversight. I hope that others who are struggling can find and get the care that they need."

FAQs

What happens after the assessment?

Coral’s approach includes comprehensive blood work to get to the root cause of symptoms. While blood tests can confirm menopause (especially when combined with age and the date of your last period), perimenopause is typically diagnosed and treated based on symptoms and health history.

What treatments do you offer and can Coral help me if I’ve already tried hormone therapy or other medications or supplements that didn’t work?

We deliver a personalized approach that combines healthy lifestyle habits, sleep quality assessment, nutrition, physical activity, and stress management, alongside possible hormone therapy or other medications, to relieve hormone-related symptoms. Your Coral team can also make recommendations for supplemental support, such as acupuncture, yoga, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other wellness modalities.

When should I schedule my follow-up appointment with a nurse

Our team will help you schedule your appointment upfront, so it’s already booked for around 8 weeks after your NP visit. That said, it needs to happen within 12 weeks of your NP visit. If your schedule changes, you can always move it, but if it’s not completed within that window, it doesn’t carry over or extend automatically. If that happens and you still need follow-up care, reach out to your care team and they’ll walk you through your options.

How do I know if hormone therapy is safe for me?

At Coral we believe Informed decision-making in healthcare is a collaborative process between the patient and their clinician to choose the best course of action based on medical information, and the patient’s values, preferences, and personal circumstances. The evidence-based guidelines for hormone therapy are clear for women under 60 or within 10 years of menopause, where the benefits in most cases outweigh the risks. For women 60+, our approach is even more personalized, focusing on symptom intensity, quality of life, and informed decision-making.

Symptoms in perimenopause and menopause rarely resolve on their own.

The earlier you understand what's going on, the more options you have.

Set up your account and answer your medical questionnaires, then we’ll send your blood requisition. Once your bloodwork is done, your results come back and get reviewed, so your NP can get to the root cause of your symptoms. The full cost of the Initial Menopause Consultation can be credited toward Complete Care or Healthy Aging after your assessment if that’s the right care pathway for you.
